Limited Edition items are original artworks signed and numbered by the artist, produced in limited quantities. Each limited edition item comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Open Edition items are quality reproductions of original artworks, unlimited in print numbers. Available in sizes A4, A3, and A2, these pieces offer a practical way for art enthusiasts to begin or expand their collections.

All our artworks are printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art papers, renowned for its longevity and preferred by prestigious museums and galleries.

We print using Giclée, a technique that combines long-lasting archival inks with fine art paper. This method produces prints with clear, vivid colours and fine details, that can keep their qualities for decades.

Currently, we don't offer framing. Our Open Edition prints are fitting standard frame sizes (A4, A3, A2), allowing you to easily find frames that fit both the artwork and your space.

For our Limited Edition pieces, we recommend using services of your local frame maker.

For open editions: A4, A3, A2 sizes. Our limited editions vary in sizes, depending on the dimensions of the artwork. To visualise how the piece will look in your space, we recommend using the AR tool available on the product page.

For A4 size prints, your artwork will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. 

A3, A2 and Limited Edition artworks are shipped rolled in dent-resistant tubes, ensuring protection and cost-effective shipping.

Each piece is securely wrapped in acid-free glassine paper.

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payment methods such as Vipps.

During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on screen.

Norwegian art tax (kunstavgift) of 5% applies only to our Limited Edition artworks and is included in the displayed prices.

Yes. All prices displayed at our web store are VAT inclusive.

Shipping

Orders for Open Edition items are dispatched within 2-3 working days, while Limited Edition items are dispatched within 5-8 working days.

You can expect your order to arrive within 1-5 working days from time of shipping, depending on the delivery method you choose during checkout. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date.

We use Posten for the domestic deliveries in Norway.

For international orders we use DHL Express.

We offer free shipping in Norway.

For international orders, shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

We ship our products worldwide.

Returns & exchange

All orders can be canceled within 24 hours from the moment of receiving the order confirmation. To cancel, please reach out to us at hello@gimle.art or use the contact form.

For Open Edition prints, we offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive the artwork. 

Limited Edition Originals - due to their unique nature, sales of limited edition originals are final, except in cases of defects in materials or workmanship. We recommend using the AR tool provided on the item page to ensure that the chosen size and artwork is the right fit for your space.

If you've decided to return your order within the 14-day window, contact us at hello@gimle.art for instructions. Returns must be sent back in their original packaging and condition. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking option for the return. 

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@gimle.art with documentation of the damage (photos are helpful). We will arrange for a return and offer you a choice of a full refund or a replacement, when possible.
